About Sveaviken PM
Sveaviken Property Management manages and leases newly built rental apartments across the Stockholm region, under the motto “the new era of property management”. As marketing coordinator I owned the company’s organic social presence — alongside the lease-up campaigns for the individual developments.
Challenge
A property manager’s brand lives locally: prospective tenants want to see that projects are real and well cared for, and prospective colleagues want to see what it’s like to work there. Sveaviken needed both — a warmer organic presence for its projects and a credible employer brand — without paid support.
Approach
On Instagram, I ran the channel as the company’s shop window: project updates, viewing-event recaps and reels from the developments, all in the brand’s tone. A few examples: a reel, a project post and an event post.
On LinkedIn, the focus was employer branding: staff events, life at the company and open positions — content that shows the people behind “the new era of property management”.
Results
From September 2025 to June 2026, Instagram grew from 837 to 1,291 followers (+54%) and LinkedIn from 789 to 1,101 (+40%) — all organic, in a niche B2C and employer audience where every follower is a potential tenant or colleague.
